Ambiance can be a powerful motivator when your training hard !!

This means if you train in an environment that is beautiful, challenging and makes you love your fitness – then your going to find yourself WANTING to get fit, instead HAVING to get fit.

There are no ins and outs like hitting tennis balls when doing fitness….thus the pressure is off …..go out and enjoy yourself!!!!!
